摘    要:阐述了晶粒破碎原理和激光粒度仪的测试原理,通过碳酸稀土晶粒的研磨实验,分析讨论了碳酸稀土晶粒研磨过程中,粒度变化的规律,运用大量的实验数据,使用三次样条插值计算的方法,并用M atlab计算机语言,就粒度分布随时间变化关系编写了计算机模拟程序。实验结果表明,计算机程序结构合理,模拟数值准确,可以指导工业生产实际。

Abstract:In this article,the theory of grinding granular-crystalline and the mechanism of laser granularity analyzer has been clarified.The rule of granularity change in grinding of rare earth carbonate was discussed.The test data were calculated by means of the cubic spline interpolation.And the computer program for the granularity-time relation was written by using of Matlab computer language.The test result indicate that the framework of the computer program is great logical,the simulate data is accurate and could be used as guiding the production of rare earth polishing powder.
