某型弹道炮内弹道峰效应研究

摘    要:经过长期对某型标准弹内弹道性能试验数据统计发现,该型弹药炮管身管特性的初期变化规律与传统的药室增长量理论分析结果不一致,存在着明显内弹道峰效应。该现象的存在将会对弹药验收及质量评估、射击诸元修正、火炮射击精度带来影响,严重时甚至会危及火炮及弹药的使用安全性。通过对内弹道峰效应的各种假说以及机理分析,以此为理论基础,进行了有关数据的查阅、统计和比对,查明了该型弹道炮管内弹道峰效应的根本原因,并提出了应对措施。

Research on Internal Trajectory Peak Effect of Ballistic Mortar

Abstract:According to long-term statistics on internal trajectory performance test data of standard mortar, it shows that the early change rule of this mortar differs from the analysis result of conventional powder chamber increment theory, and there is internal trajectory peak effect obviously. This will make influence on ammunition acceptance, effect obviously. This will make influence on ammunition acceptance, quality evaluation, firing elements correction and firing accuracy, even endangers the operation safety of mortar and ammunition. Based on analyzing on hypothesis and mechanism of internal trajectory peak effect, the primary cause of internal trajectory peak effect on this mortar was found out, solutions were put forward, according to certain data consulting, statistics and comparing.
