云南民族民间工艺在各个时期都印证着一个时代的脉搏,在工业时代推进与市场经济驱使之下,它也有了千姿百态的发展现状,喜忧参半。2009年9月17日至19日,在云南省德宏州陇川县举行的世界联合国教科文组织认证的杰出手工艺徽章培训,就好似《西游记》中观音菩萨抛给唐王的一剂至诚至真的"大乘佛法",引领云南民族民间工艺发展的至诚境界。
