KK型管节点应力集中系数问题研究

摘    要:
采用有限元方法研究了在轴向力作用下KK型管节点应力集中系数与相同尺寸K型管节点的区别,指出在某些情况下用K型管节点应力集中公式分析KK型管节点会造成结构的不安全,必须引起工程界的注意。

Abstract:
Stress concentration factor(SCF) has long been used as a simple method to determine the highest stress in tubular joints,which is used further to determine the fatigue stability of offshore platforms using S-N method.Therefore,SCF is crucial for the safety of offshore platforms.The existing empirical formulas are suitable only to simple tubular joints.In this paper,FEM is used to calculate SCF values for KK joint under axial forces.Comparing to the results for simple K joint with the same dimensions,it's concluded that those empirical formulas for simple K joint are not suitable to calculate SCF for complex KK joint,which should cause more attention from engineers.
