| 摘 要： | 为提高信息化投资的效益，保障信息化可持续发展，建立信息化项目绩效评估体系是一项至关重要的工作。文中立足政府信息化项目的建设实情，从信息化项目建设的3个关键环节出发，运用逻辑框架法等方法构建信息化项目绩效评估体系，有效评价、规范和指导政府信息化项目建设。

| Abstract: | In order to increase the benefit of information alization investment and also ensure its continuous development, establishing an information alization programs performance evaluation system is crucial. Based on the fact of government information alization, this paper, which uses logistic frame method to design information alization performance evaluation system, estimates, forms and guides the information alization constrnction effectively. |
