镦粗过程中锻件内部孔洞闭合的光塑性模拟研究

摘    要:通过改变升温速度等因素控制颗粒状聚碳酸酯的塑化过程,首次在不破坏材料连续性的条件下制成中间带孔的光塑性实验模拟试件。采用更为符合大塑性变形的Euler坐标系,对带孔洞圆柱体的镦粗过程进行光塑性分析,得到了孔洞的闭合形式及邻域应变分布等结论。

Abstract:In this paper, a model with a void in the center is created for the first time without destroying the succession of material by adjusting the speed of elevating temperature in the process of polycarbonate plasticization. The upsetting process of cylinder with void is analyzed with Euler coordinate system by photoplastic simulation. The way in which the void is closed is described and the curve of strains distribution around the void is obtained.
