基于组态王的PLC锅炉温度控制系统设计

摘    要:本文介绍了以电热锅炉为被控对象,以锅炉出口水温为主被控参数,以炉膛内水温为副被控参数,以加热炉电阻丝电压为控制参数,以PLC为控制器,构成锅炉温度控制系统;采用PID算法,运用PLC梯形图编程语言进行编程,实现锅炉温度的自动控制。

Abstract:Heating boiler control system is introduced as the charged object to the boiler water temperature of the main accused of the export parameters to furnace temperature as deputy accused of parameters to control the heating resistance wire voltage parameters to PLC, controller, constitutes series of boiler temperature level control system; using PID algorithm, the use of PLC ladder programming language, programming, boiler temperature control.
