摘    要:
基于AVR Atmega162和24位高精度模数转换器CS5534的可应用于多场合的称重系统从硬件与软件两方面入手,阐述了称重传感器与CS5534的接口电路及使用、电源的隔离、多机通信的处理、滑动滤波算法的实现,以及称重数据的显示及传输方法。实验结果表明,该系统精度高,稳定性好,适用于多种工作场合,有很大的市场价值。

Abstract:
In this paper, a weighing system based on sliding averaging filter and high accuracy 24-bit A/D chip CS5534 is designed for multiple applictions .The system is described from two parts---hardware and software. It states the usage and the circuit between weighing sensors and CS5534. the insulation of the power, the handling of communication among multiple chips, the achievement of sliding averaging filter algorithm and the transmission, the displaying of weighing data. The experimental results show the high precision and stability of the system, which is available for various workspaces and holds great vendibility.
