| Abstract: | Along with the development of performances of A/D convertors, it is much more necessary to test A/D convertors in dynamic way. We have designed a PC based dynamic testing system for A/D convertors using DSP technique to test the main dynamic performances of high speed and high precision A/D convertors. The characteristics of the system, the test principles, the configuration and the skills to test the high speed and high precision A/D convertors are presented in this paper. ( |
