WSM30A控轧控冷工艺研究

摘    要:通过在中厚板轧机上对WSM30A进行控轧控冷工业试验,研究不同控轧控冷工艺对其组织和性能的影响。结果表明,采取合理的控制轧制方式及轧后冷却速度,可以有效提高钢板的硬度和厚度方向硬度均匀性,并得出WSM30A在现有装备能力条件下的最佳组织形态。

Abstract:Based on controlled rolling and controlled cooling trials of WSM30A on medium plate mill,the effectsof different controlled rolling and controlled cooling processes on the microstructure and properties of WSM30A are studied.The result shows that the hardness and through thickness uniformity of the plate can be effectively improved by applying reasonably controlled rolling process and cooling speed after rolling.Also the optimized microstructure of WSM30A have been got under the condition of current installation and capability.
