超高输电塔结构设计安全性研究

摘    要:采用结构大变形和三维梁单元理论探讨了超高输电塔结构的设计安全性。重点研究了电力行业通用分析设计程序TTA在超高塔中的适用性。西安南郊同塔750kV、330kV四回路超高输电塔结构的分析结果表明:TTA程序设计的西安南郊输电塔结构,大变形的影响不显著,采用较简单的小变形分析是可以满足设计要求的;采用TTA程序分析设计的超高输电塔结构,刚度和强度均可满足工程要求,程序的适用性是可以保证的,但塔体结构的最大应力ANSYS分析的结果要略大于TTA程序,应引起工程设计的注意。

Abstract:The design safety of extrahigh voltage (EHV) transmission line towers is discussed with the structure theory of large deformtions and threedimensional beam element in this paper. The applicability of the TrA program on EHV towers is emphatically studied. The structural analysis results of the steel tower construction for the 750 kV/330 kV quadruplecircuit transmission line in Xi'an South Substation show that for the steel tower structure designed with the TrA program, effects of the large deformation analysis are not notable, and the small deformation analysis can satisfy the design requirements; The stiffness and strength of EHV towers designed with the TYA program meet the engineering requirements, and the applicabi lity of the TYA program is guaranteed. However the maximum stress of the tower structure obtained by ANSYS analysis is slightly larger than the TTA program, therefore attention should be paid in the engineering design.
