摘    要:井下油、套管损伤是油气勘探、开发中较为普遍的现象,在油套管损伤失效之前,及时发现井下油套管损伤并评价油套管的损伤程度,是油气藏开发需要注意的问题。利用测井技术开展油气井井下油套管损伤检测(或监测)是一种有效的手段,但对于油套管外壁损伤的测井检测与评价、多层金属管柱条件下的油套管损伤检测与评价、高压气体介质条件下的油套管损伤检测与评价等方面,现有的一些测井方法还存在较大的不适应性。在介绍了一种新型油套管损伤测井检测技术--多层金属管柱电磁探伤成像测井技术(MID-K)的基础上,阐述了仪器的测量原理和方法、仪器结构及特点;并据四川油气田的测井应用实例,讨论了该项技术在单层或多层金属管柱油套管检测方面的应用效果。现场应用表明,MID-K电磁探伤仪是一种测量精度高、适用范围广、操作简单、易于推广的新型油套管损伤检测仪,能较好地满足四川油气田勘探开发的需要。

Abstract:Being distorted or damaged of the tubing and casing in down hole is a problem in oil and gas field exploitation and production. It is very important to detect the damage in time and to estimate the damage degree before casing failure. Logging technology is one of the effective treatments for detecting or monitoring the casing damage, but is not appropriate to detect and estimate the damage on the outer wall of tubing and casing, the multilayer metal tubing and casing, and  the high pressure gas tubing and casing. This paper introduced a new type of logging tool, MID K, including its work principle, structure and performance. Meanwhile, some application examples of the MID K in Sichuan gas field are analyzed and the actual performance of the MID K logging tool in single layer or multilayer metal tube casing of oil and gas wells are also discussed. Field application indicated that MID K logging tool has high measurement accuracy and good performance, and its design totally meets the need of oil and gas field exploitation and production in Sichuan gas filed.
