摘    要:通过对克拉玛依石化分公司150BS光亮油进行溶剂法分离絮凝物试验,考察了不同脱絮温度对絮凝物碳数分布和脱絮油浊点的影响规律。并利用高温气相色谱、模拟蒸馏、分子量、质谱(MS)及核磁共振(13C-NMR)分析仪对絮凝物和脱絮油进行了化学结构组成分析。提出提高临氢降凝催化剂对长侧链的选择性裂化或采用异构脱蜡工艺会使克拉玛依石化公司150BS絮凝物问题得以很好地解决。

Abstract:A low temperature-solvent method was employed to perform the separation of haze emerged from 150BS bright oil,which was manufactured by Karamay Petrochemical Company,at ambient temperature.And the effects of operating temperature on the carbon number distribution of haze and the cloud point of dehazed oil were investigated.The structure and component of both of haze and dehazed oil were characterized by methods of high temperature gas chromatography,simulated distillation,average molecular mass,mass spectrometry(MS) and nuclear resonance(~(13)C-NMR).The results indicated that a further cracking selectivity to long side branch hinged on ring hydrocarbon in catalytic dewaxing process or using the isodewaxing process can resolve this issue.
