| 摘 要： | 文章针对微电子企业产业流程的特点，在分析企业流程再造的基础上，提出了微电子产业流程再造决策支持系统的方法。在此基础上，根据多家微电子企业产业流程设计了系统软件，该系统软件采用C／S结构；在核心竞争力评价和流程的评估方面应用了多种评估指标，为流程的决策提供了依据。 |

| Abstract: | In this paper, a method of decision support system in microelectronic industry BPR (Business Process Reengineering) is proposed based on analysing the character of business process and the principle of BPR. A kind of system software adopting C/S structure is designed according to the business process of many microelectronics enterprises. The software applies multiple kinds of evaluating index in the aspect of appraising the core competence and estimating the process, which provides a convincing reference for process decision. |
