以仙人掌为保健原料制取仙人掌原浆,再和其它原辅料一起制成具有营养、保健和美容等多功能的淡绿色的冰淇淋。探讨其最佳配方及工艺条件。

Abstract:
Cactus original slurry, as health care material, has been mixed with other materials to make up a kind of absinthe-green ice cream which had a lot of function, such as nourishment, health protection and beauty. The processing technology of cactus ice cream was discussed.
