摘    要:分析了供电企业加强客户关系管理工作的重要性,以连云港供电公司"四个一"配套服务机制为例,重点论述了供电企业实施大客户关系管理的具体措施,提出了电力大客户管理管理服务过程中应注意的问题,并给出了相应的对策。

Abstract:The article analyzes the importance of strengthen- ing customer relationship management for power supply enterpris- es. Taking "four aneillary service mechanism" of the Lianyungang power supply company as example, the article focuses on specific measures of tire power supply enter)rise for the implementation of customer relationship management. It provides the problems to be paid attention during large power customers management process, and gives the corresponding countermeasures.
