火控系统稳定精度测试系统研究

摘    要:
为了提高火炮的首发命中率,改变我国靶场测试水平相对滞后于武器自身发展的局面,提高武器作战系统作战效能,本文提出了在动基座上测试火控系统稳定精度的新方法。该方法利用光轴代替火炮的瞄准轴,通过光学系统接收靶板中心十字像并实时反应在CCD上,多次测量后,通过对测试数据的分析处理,获得了火控系统的稳定精度。光学系统部分采用CCD与目视并存方式,在采集数据同时也方便人眼观察。最后对系统的测角精度进行标定并出场验收,并给出了动态测试结果,实现了对火炮稳定精度的高精度测试。

Abstract:
In order to improve the hitting rate of the weapon equipment,change the situation which the development of the test level is lagging behind the weapon itself in our country,the operational effectiveness of weapons combat system is improved. In this paper,a new method to test the stabilization precision of the fire control system on a dynamic base is proposed. The optical axis is used instead of the sight of the artillery,then the center of the cross through the optical system was received and reflected on the CCD. After repeated measurements,the stabilization precision of the fire control system is achieved through processing the measured data. By the way of coexisting CCD and visual in the optical system,the data can be not only collected,but also seen in the cross. At last,the practical application of the system is introduced and the dynamic testing result is given. A high precision measurement accuracy for fire control system stability is achieved.
