钢纤维高强混凝土的劈拉及剪切变形性能

摘    要:通过钢纤维高强混凝土的劈拉和剪切性能试验,分析钢纤维对高强混凝土劈拉和剪切变形性能的影响。结果表明,钢纤维的加入有效地改善了高强混凝土的劈拉和剪切变形性能。劈拉荷载作用下,钢纤维高强混凝土的劈拉变形能力随钢纤维体积率的增大而提高;剪切荷载作用下,钢纤维高强混凝土的初裂和破坏变形均随着钢纤维体积率的增大而增大,当钢纤维体积率为2.0%时,钢纤维高强混凝土的初裂变形较相应的普通高强混凝土提高了42%~65%,剪切韧性提高了4~5倍。此外,研究表明钢纤维类型对高强混凝土劈拉及剪切荷载作用下的变形性能具有不同程度的影响。

Abstract:Based on the splitting and shear tests of steel fiber-reinforced high strength concrete(SFRHSC),the effects of steel fiber on the deformation behavior of high strength concrete(HSC) are investigated.The test results show that the deformation and toughness of HSC reinforced with steel fiber is effectively improved under splitting or shear load.The splitting deformation of HSC increase with the increase of volume fractions of steel fiber.The shear deformation of HSC in cracking and failure also increase with the increase of volume fractions of steel fiber.Compared with HSC,the cracking deformation of SFRHSC is 42%~65% higher and its toughness is 4~5 times higher with 2.0% volume fractions of steel fiber.The results also indicate that the steel fiber types have the different influences on the deformation of HSC under splitting or shear load.
