| 摘 要： | 沙角C电厂3号锅炉的燃烧器由美国CE公司的WR型更换为Aerotip型后，炉内四角火焰刷墙严重，通过对周界风和辅助风的配风调整试验，找到了最佳的燃烧工况，使火焰中心缩向炉膛中心，减轻了炉内四角火焰冲刷水冷壁的程度，降低了锅炉结焦的风险。

| Abstract: | Severe flame impingement against boiler walls still existed after the burners of Unit 3 boiler in Shajiao C Power Plant were switched from WR type to Aerotip type of CE. Through tuning tests on the distribution of circumferential air and auxiliary air, optimal combustion conditions are obtained, shifting the fireball to the center of the furnace, preventing flame from impinging on the waterwalls at the corners to some extent, and lowering the possibility of slagging. |
