摘    要:隐喻是对现实的观念表达,在大学成为“超级市场”后,大学管理面临着一些新挑战。随着大学管理观念的转变,政府要加强对大学的管理权力,大学管理要民主化和科学化,建立咨询和协调机构,服务教育顾客。

Abstract:Metaphors are the conceptual expressions of the reality. With universities become supermarkets, the management of university has met some new challenges. The paper analyzes the changes of university management with metaphors and suggests that the government take more accountability in running university, the university management be more democratic and scientific, and the counseling and coordinating departments be established to meet the needs of educational customers.
