摘    要:利用顶空固相微苹取技术(HS—SPME)吸附新疆和田玫瑰花中的挥发性成分,色谱-质谱联用技术(GcMs)分析鉴定其化学成分,建立玫瑰花挥发性成分的分析方法。并用峰面积进行归一化定量。试验从玫瑰花中共分离出18个峰,鉴定出其中的16种化学成分,占总峰面积的95.88%。本次试验得出的主要挥发性成分为香茅醇、α香橙烯、2-十三烷酮、异丁香酚甲醚等。该方法分离度好,准确、可靠,为新疆和田玫瑰花挥发性成分的研究提供了分析方法。

Abstract:To identify the volatile compounds of Rosa Rugosa Thunb,volatile compounds from Rosa Rugosa Thunb were isolated by headspace solid phase microextraction (HS-SPME) and identified,and quantified by gas chromatography- mass spectrometry (GC/MS).A quantitative analysis in percent was performed by peak area normalization measurements. 18 Species of chemical components were identified by GC/MS.The contents of the identified compounds were 92.26% in the total volatile substances extracted from Rosa Rugosa Thunb.This method is simple,rapid and sensitive,could be used for determination of volatile compounds
