| 摘 要： | 澳大利亚作为西方发达国家可持续性雨洪管理领域的先驱,其提出的水敏性城市设计(WSUD)在城市建设实践中得到广泛应用,取得了良好的效果。从雨洪技术、政策、管理等方面回顾了澳大利亚雨洪管理近60年的转型历程,分析转型中遇到的困境及应对策略,并对我国海绵城市建设提出建议。

Transition Process of Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD) in Australia and Its Enlightenment |

| Abstract: | Australia is ahead in the field of sustainable stormwater management among the west developed countries. They proposed the concept of “Water Sensitive Urban Design(WSUD)"which has been widely put into practices and achieved great effects. By reviewing the transition process of Australia’s stromwater management in the past 60 years in the perspective of technology, policy and management approach, this article analyzes the barriers they met during the transition and their strategies, and then puts forward suggestions on how to construct the“sponge city”in China. |
