摘    要:钢渣在钢铁企业内部的循环利用将是今后钢渣综合利用的发展方向之一,也是提高钢渣附加值和固体废弃物减排的有效途径。结合炼钢技术发展现状,分析了转炉炼钢不同工序的冶金反应特点和对炉渣的要求,结合不同工序的炉渣产出特点,从系统工程的角度出发,对炼钢厂内部的循环进行了分析,提出了解决问题的思路。

Abstract:Recycling use of steelmaking slag in iron and steel enterprises is one of the development directions for comprehensive utilization of steel slag.It is also an effective way to increase slag added value and reduce solid waste emission.In accordance with the development of steelmaking technology,the characteristics of metallurgical reactions and the requirements of slag in different steelmaking steps are analyzed.From the point of systematic engineering,possibility of internal recycling in steelmaking plant is discussed,and some suggestions are given to resolve the problems.
