| 摘 要： | 教学质量保证体系是由培养计划与质量标准、信息反馈与质量监控、信息处理与质量评价三个主要要素构成的有序的、开放的系统.树立多样化的和个性化的教学质量观,明确师生互为教学的主体,建立合理的激励机制是建立和完善教学质量保证体系的平台.

| Abstract: | Teaching Quality Guarantee System is an organized and open system which is made up of threecentral elements--cultivation plan and quality standard, information feedback and quality control, informationtransaction and quality evaluation. We should build up varied and personalized teaching quality concept, making sure that teachers and students are alternatively the subjects of teaching activity. The setup of a reasonable motivation system is the basis of teaching quality guarantee. |
