摘    要:讨论了磨具在使用过程中工作表面状态的变化规律,推导了粗糙度计算公式,分析了磨削时被加工工件表面的形成过程,揭示了磨具表面磨粒峰钝化过程和自励性过程平衡变化的影响因素,通过理论计算和实验结果的比较,客观地展示了采用模拟方法得到的工件表面粗糙度的参数和实验参数的一致性。

Abstract:Metamorphic regular pattern of grinding tool work surface during the period of use was discussed.By using the calculation formula of roughness degree,the forming process of the roughness degree of the workpiece being grinded was deduced, and the influencing factor of equilibrium variety was revealed in the process of grinding grain apices' passivation and self-drive on the grinding face.Through the comparison between the results from the theoretical calculation and experimental study,the consistency of the workpiece surface roughness parameter variety trend was displayed.
