反应堆压力容器主螺栓超声检测控制系统的设计与实现

摘    要:核电站反应堆压力容器主螺栓是重要的受力易损部件,必须对其进行定期的缺陷检测。文中介绍了自主研发的主螺栓超声检测控制系统的构成,描述了运动控制、水位控制的实施方案,对控制算法进行了设计,并通过软件处理程序实现了全部控制功能。事实证明,该控制系统极大方便了对反应堆压力容器主螺栓的役前和在役超声检测工作。

Abstract:The primary bolt of reactor pressure vessel is an important component which is easy to be damaged and need to be inspected periodically. The sketch of control system for ultrasonic inspection is introduced. The scheme of motion control and leveling control is described and control algorithm is also designed. In addition, most of the systematic control function is implemented with corresponding software. It proves that the control system greatly facilitates the ultrasonic inspection work for the primary bolt during pre-ervice and in-service inspection.
