卫星地球站发射机房远程监控系统

为保障广播电视卫星地球站安全播出,改善机房工作环境和减轻值班人员劳动强度,在对值班机房进行搬迁的同时,实现对发射机等设备的远程监控。该系统采用OMRON PLC（可编程控制器）作为前端控制机,台式计算机（PC）作为监控终端,对上行发射机设备运行状态进行监控,对信号源进行远程切换,对发射机输入输出信号进行监测。介绍监控系统的基本组成、功能实现方法、性能特点以及系统维护和功能扩展。

Remote Monitoring System for Satellite Earth Station Transmitter Room

In order to ensure the safety of the Radio TV Satellite Earth Station,improve the working environment and reduce the labor intensity of workers on duty,to achieve the target of remote control of the transmitter and other equipment when the duty room was relocated.In this system,OMRON PLC（programmable logic controller） are used as the front-end control machine and desktop computer（PC） is used as the monitoring terminal.To monitor the running status of the uplink transmitter device,to remote switch on signal source and to monitor the input and output signal state of the transmitter.This paper mainly includes the basic composition of the monitoring system,the function realization,performance characteristics,system maintenance and function expansion.
