| 摘 要： | 针对电信网络中网管系统的开发， 提出了一个基于TMN架构定义的公共网管平台框架。介绍了该平台框架的系统结构及其核心的信息模型、通知服务等应用框架的设计,给出了基于这个平台开发EMS系统的一般过程。

| Abstract: | To develop the network management system in telecom network, a common NMS platform framework based on the TMN architecture was described. The system architecture of this platform was introduced, and the design of some core application frameworks such as information model and notification service was presented. A common process to develop an EMS system based on this platform was introduced too. |
