氧化物热电材料以其独特的优点倍受人们的关注。本文概述了非钴基氧化物热电材料的研究现状,分析了影响提高其热电性能的主要因素,并指出了该类氧化物的未来发展方向。

Abstract:
Oxide thermoelectric materials have caused considerable research attention because of its particular advantages.This paper introduced the recent research status of non-cobalt-based oxide thermoelectric materials and analysed the factors that affected on the improvement of their thermoelectric properties.In the mean while,the development of these materials in the future was discussed.
