稀土La3+对Ni-P电刷镀层结构与性能的影响

摘    要:用柠檬酸钠作为配体,用电刷镀的方法使Ni-P共沉积的同时,可以从溶液中沉积出La^3 ,从而得到Ni-P-La复合镀层。对复合镀层的研究表明:稀土元素La^3 的加入提高了复合刷镀层的沉积速度、耐蚀性和结合强度。

Abstract:Using Na_3C_6H_5O_7 as carrier and adopting brush-plating method La~(3+) will be deposited together with Ni-P, from the solution, and a complex brush-plating layer of Ni-P-La can be obtained. Influences of La~+ addition on properties of complex electric brush-plating layer were studied. The results showed that velocity, corrosion resistance and adhension of the complex plating layer was improved if rare earth La~(3+) was added into the brush plating solution.
