摘    要:阐述利用超细粒度金刚石砂轮进行硬脆材料光滑表面起精磨创的现状,提出获得硬脆材料光滑磨削表面的主要技术措施。

Abstract:The current situation of smooth surface precision grinding for grinding hard and brittle materials with ultrafine abrasive diamond wheel has exponded in the paper. The main technical measures to obtain smooth grinding surface have proposed, such as, ultrafine abrasive diamond wheel and its dressing techniques,ductileregime grinding of hard and brittle materials,vibration of grinding wheel and autobalance techniques in process, modern measurement techniques of ultra-smooth surface.
