| Abstract: | The current situation of smooth surface precision grinding for grinding hard and brittle materials with ultrafine abrasive diamond wheel has exponded in the paper. The main technical measures to obtain smooth grinding surface have proposed, such as, ultrafine abrasive diamond wheel and its dressing techniques,ductileregime grinding of hard and brittle materials,vibration of grinding wheel and autobalance techniques in process, modern measurement techniques of ultra-smooth surface. |
