摘    要:针对42CrMo钢法兰盘工件加工时出现的表面裂纹缺陷原因进行了分析。通过化学成分分析、气体分析和金相显微镜、扫描电镜以及能谱分析等手段对裂纹产生的原因进行分析,发现裂纹两侧无脱碳且裂纹中有氧化物,因此排除了裂纹来自于轧材;同时通过模拟热处理实验证明该钢在淬火过程可以产生裂纹,且裂纹中有氧化物。因此,得到的结论是42CrMo工件产生的裂纹是淬火裂纹,其产生原因为淬火冷却方式不当,需改善冷却方式以防止裂纹出现。

Abstract:The cause of surface crack on 42CrMo steel flange has investigated by means of chemical composition analysis, gas analysis and microstructural examination via optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS). The results show that there is decarburized layer formed along cracks and with inclusions in cracks. Moreover, the heat treatment of quenching process during the manufacturing process of flange is simulated and the results prove that cracks could be indeed formed and similar inclusions are formed within cracks. Therefore, it is concluded that the cracks should be formed during quenching process. A slow cooling is suggested to prevent crack by reducing internal stress during flange making.
