| Abstract: | With the increase of anode plate production, the anode furnace was increased from 1.5 to 2.5 runs per day, which is a test for disc gating system and a major breakthrough. In order to increase the output of anode plate and ensure the smooth operation of disc casting, the failure rate of equipment must be reduced. The failure of disc casting is mainly reflected the hydraulic faults, so while reducing the failure rate of the hydraulic system, a set of targeted treatment measures has been found out, which provides a strong technical guarantee for future production. |
