| 摘 要： | 详细介绍了湿法磷酸的脱氟和饲料磷酸氢钙的制备 ,其工艺条件为 :磷矿粉 2 0 0 g ,复合脱氟剂 2 2 g ,反应温度 90℃～ 95℃ ,反应时间 30min。本工艺具有流程短、投资省、产品质量佳、经济效益较好的优点。湿法磷酸脱氟后制得的饲料磷酸氢钙 ,其氟含量低于国家标准 0 18%的要求 ,完全能够作为饲料添加剂使用

| Abstract: | The defluorination of wet process phosphoric acid and preparation of feed grade calcium hydrophosphate are introduced in detail that conditions are:ground phosphate rock 200 g,compound defluorinating agent 22 g,at 90 ℃～95 ℃ react for 30 min.The process has the advantages of short flow,small investment,stable product quality and better economic benefits. The feed grade calcium hydrophosphate was made from the defluorination of wet process phosphoric acid,the content of fluorine is lower than 0.18% that for Chinese National standard. |
