摘    要:由于工业炉膛的大尺寸以及炉内介质的消光作用,从火焰图像中重建炉膛内三维温度场时,光学厚度是一个重要的影响因素。文中通过建立的辐射成像模型,根据CCD摄像机得到的火焰温度图像,用Tikhonov正则化方法重建炉膛三维温度分布。针对一台10m′10m′20m的大型炉膛,给出了不同的光学厚度下三维温度场的重建误差,并考虑测量误差、介质辐射参数分布、壁面辐射对炉内温度场重建的影响。结果表明:当光学厚度在1~15范围之内,炉内三维温度场的重建结果较好。

Abstract:For large scale and extinction from medium in industrial furnaces, when three-dimenssional(3-D) temperature distributions are reconstructed from flame images, the optical thickness of furnace is a very important factor. 3-D temperature distribution was reconstruced from flame temperature images captured by CCD cameras based on the radiative imaging model used a Tikhonov regularization method. The 3-D temperature distributions in a 10m×10m×20m furnace were reconstructed under different optical thicknesses. Effects from measurement errors, radiative properties of medium, and radiation from walls were considered in the reconstruction. Results show that when optical thickness is between 1 and 15, the 3-D temperature distribution in the furnace can be reconstructed correctly.
