液体轧制Al─Si合金薄带的强韧化

摘    要:液体轧制是将快速凝固技术引入连续铸轧中形成的一种新的加工方法研究结果表明,液体轧制Al-Si合金薄带的强度较未变质铸态的提高39%,塑性指标亦明显提高.这是由于液体轧制过程中液体处于快速流动状态和一定压力双重作用下快速结晶凝固成形,从而改变了Al-Si合金薄带的显微组织,尤其是Si相的形态、尺寸及其分布状态,使薄带获得了明显的强韧化效果.

Abstract:The liguid rolling method has its overwhelming advantage in making brittle metal alloys which are difficult to be rolled into shape of ribbon into ductile ribbons. On the apparatus of liquid rolling designed by the authors, ribbons of Al-12.7a.% Si alloy with 0. 1-0.5mm thick are produced successfully at air. The experimental results show that tensile strength of the ribbon by liquid rolling has increased by 39% as compared with that of by casting without modification, and also ductility of which has been improved obviously. These are due to the fact that the liquid alloy has been rapidly solidified under rapid now and a certain extent of pressure during liquid rolling, which changes microstructure of ribbon of Al-Si alloy thoroughly, especially for the shape, size and distribution of Si phases.
