| 摘 要： | 区域气象观测资料自动发送系统是为气象防灾减灾服务而设计的。它将区域自动气象站的所有观测资料，及时自动地发送并提供了自定义数据项定时发送、整站数据定时发送、自动触发发送、应急预警发送等多种发送形式；用户也可主动发送查询指令短信，通过系统查询实时或者历史的相关气象信息。根据用户的定制内容，以短信的形式发送资料通知用户，达到及时主动服务的目的。本系统采用企信通短信发送平台，可实现手机短信的群发、接收，和资料的定制、查询。
