过程FMEA在轮胎制造过程中的应用研究

过程FMEA即过程潜在失效模式分析，主要用来分析和评估工艺生产或产品制造过程可能出现的失效模式，以及这些失效模式发生后，对产品质量及性能的影响程度，从而有针对性地制定出预防措施。将PFMEA这一工具引入轮胎制造过程，并以轮胎成型过程为例，说明应用过程FMEA研究轮胎制造过程的实施方法。
