过程FMEA在轮胎制造过程中的应用研究

摘    要:过程FMEA即过程潜在失效模式分析,主要用来分析和评估工艺生产或产品制造过程可能出现的失效模式,以及这些失效模式发生后,对产品质量及性能的影响程度,从而有针对性地制定出预防措施。将PFMEA这一工具引入轮胎制造过程,并以轮胎成型过程为例,说明应用过程FMEA研究轮胎制造过程的实施方法。

Abstract:A process FMEA is process potential failure mode analysis, which mainly used to analyze and evaluate the failure mode occurred in p/oduction and manufacturing process, and the effect degree to product' s quality and property, after these failure mode occurred, then to make the preventive measures. This tool of PFMEA was introduced into the tire manufacturing process, the implementation method of process FMEA application was illustrated as to take tire molding process for example.
