| 摘 要： | 本文从铸件的结构特点出发,结合差压铸造的特性,对其在铸造过程中可能出现的缩孔、缩松等铸造缺陷进行了分析,制定出合理的差压铸造工艺,最终生产出合格的铸件。

| Abstract: | The potential defects of shrinkage and dispersed shrinkage was analyzed by combining the design of the casting and the characteristics of the different-pressure casting in this paper.The reasonable different-pressure casting process was established,the qualified castings were produced. |
