摘    要:高铬铸铁衬板铸造成形在挖泥泵乃至铸造行业是一个难题,衬板铸造时容易变形。本文通过铸造工艺优化来避免铸造缺陷的产生,从而使铸件达到要求。

Abstract:It is one puzzle to cast high chromium cast iron underboarding in excavating pump and even foundry industry because the casting is easy to suffer from deformation.In this work,the defects were avoided by optimizing casting technique.Then the casting can meet the requirement.
