摘    要:负荷预测是电力系统的一个传统研究问题,通常情况下,相近日期的负荷曲线有较强的相似性,然而在特殊节假日和极端气象条件下,负荷的预测具有较强的不确定性。提出了一种节假日和极端天气条件下的电力负荷特征萃取模型,对传统遗传算法的编码机制和遗传操作进行了重新规定。以黑龙江省电网公司的历史负荷数据和气象数据为基础,从中萃取节假日和极端天气对负荷影响的相关规则,并通过实践证明了这些规则的可行性。

Abstract:Abstract: The power system load forecasting is a traditional research problem, usually, close to the date of load curve has strong similarities, but in special holidays and extreme weather conditions, load forecasting has a strong uncertainty. Presents a holiday and extreme weather conditions, load characteristics of power extraction model, the traditional genetic algorithm coding mechanism and the genetic manipulation has been re -provision. Heilongjiang provincial power grid companyg historical load data and weather data, based on extraction from holidays and the impact of extreme weather on the load rules, and through practice proved the credibility of these rules.
