首钢高炉新炉料结构下球团技术的探索与应用

摘    要:以首钢京唐钢铁厂高炉大比例球团矿炉料结构为背景,以京唐二期球团带式焙烧机生产线为研究对象,在试验研究和工艺设备等方面阐述了首钢京唐高炉大比例球团矿炉料结构下的带式焙烧机工艺和设备的创新点和优势。生产实践结果表明,生产出了超低硅高碱度球团矿,2条线均日产量为12 500 t,碱度为1.1~1.2,SiO2质量分数为2.0%,TFe品位为66.0%,抗压强度在3 100 N/P以上,还原膨胀率为17.5%。在3座5 500 m3高炉中高比例使用2种球团矿,入炉比例达55%,高炉渣量从280降低至215 kg/t以下,燃料比从505降低至483 kg/t,取得了显著的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益,推广应用前景广阔。

Abstract:Based on the large-scale pelletized ore charge structure of the blast furnace of Shougang Jingtang Iron and Steel Plant, taking the Jingtang second-phase pellet straight grate induration furnace production line as the research object, the innovation and advantages of the straight grate induration furnace process and equipment under the large-scale pelletized ore charge structure of Shougang Jingtang blast furnace are explained in terms of experimental research and process equipment. The production practice results showed that ultra-low silicon high-basicity pellets were produced, the average daily output of the two lines was 12 500 t, the basicity was 1.1-1.2, the SiO2 mass fraction was 2.0%, the TFe grade was 66.0%, the compressive strength was above 3 100 N/P, and the reduction expansion rate was 17.5%. The pellets were used in three 5 500 m3 blast furnaces in a high proportion, the proportion of entering the furnace reached 55%, the amount of blast furnace slag was reduced from 280 to less than 215 kg/t, and the fuel ratio was reduced from 505 to 483 kg/t. Significant economic social and environmental benefits are achieved, and the promotion and application prospects are broad.
