模糊PID参数自整定技术及其在中央空调系统中的应用

摘    要:中央空调系统是一个复杂系统,针对一次性整定得到的PID参数难以保证系统控制效果始终处于优化状态问题,文章提出采用参数自整定方法以实时改变PID参数保证控制系统的优良晶质。文章将模糊控制与经典PID控制技术相结合,借助PID参数的在线模糊自整定,在参数值整定过后自动切换到正常工作状态,在系统的性能发生改变并超出了一定的范围后系统自动启动PID参数的整定过程,重新整定的PID参数可以使系统达到更好的控制效果,因此提高了系统的控制精度、稳定性和可靠性。

Abstract:The central air condition system is a complex system, aimed at the optimizing state problem of that it is difficult always to ensure excellent control effect by once setting paramters of PID, the paper proposed to adopt paramter auto-tuning technique that could adjust the PID parameters on real time to ensure good quality of control system. It combines fuzzy logic control with classical PID control technique, by dint of fuzzy auto-tuning of PID parameter on line, after parameters adjusting the system switches to natural work state. When the system performance occurs changing and goes beyond specified range the system would automatically start tuning process of PID. The PID parameters after retuning could get better control effect than before, therefore it is enhanced to system performance and it is higher in control accuracy, better in system stability, stronger in reliability.
