连续挤压宽铜带板型不均的缺陷研究

摘    要:连续挤压技术已成功地应用于宽铜带的生产.但是用连续挤压技术生产的宽铜带还存在一些缺陷,板型不均缺陷是其最主要的缺陷之一.对板型不均缺陷的性能和微观组织进行了分析.结果表明:板型不均的宽铜带尺寸中间厚,两边薄.研究发现,这主要是由于坯料进入扩展腔体后,中间坯料的流动速度快、温度高,导致了宽铜带的板型不均.

Abstract:Continuous extrusion technology was successfully applied in the production of wide copper strip.However,there are still some defects in the products,uneven defects are one of the main defects in the product.The uneven defects on microstructure and properties were analyzed.The results show that the uneven defects are thick in the middle and thin in the both sides.The reason is flow fast and high temperature in the middle of the feedstock after the feedstock flows into the chamber,which results in the uneven defects of wide copper strip.
