摘    要:针对具有较大的滞后性、非线性和时变性特点的热电偶校验炉对象,常规方法难以达到良好的控制效果,结合模糊专家系统控制器与PID控制器,提出了一种智能PID控制器结构.它具有PID控制器的参数在线白整定和直接控制型模糊控制器的功能,既保持了模糊控制灵活而适应性强的优点,又具有常规PID控制器的动态跟踪品质好和稳态精度高的特点,解决了热电偶校验炉的控制问题.仿真结果表明:智能PID控制方案是可行性的、有效的,与常规PID控制器相比,系统的响应速度提高了、超调量减少了.

Abstract:Aiming at the thermocouple checkout stove with more lag, non-linearity and variability, and difficult to be controlled very well by using conventional method, a kind of intelligent PID controller is put forward by combining fuzzy expert system controller and PID controller. It has the functions that parameter of PID controller is adjusted itself online and fuzzy controller output is directly controlled, and has both merits of agility and strong adaptability for fuzzy control and trait of high dynamic tracking quality and high steady precision for PID control, and thus the question of control thermocouple checkout stove is solved. The emulational experiment shows that intelligent PID control plan has feasibility and validity in simulation result. By comparing with conventional PID controller, it is indicated that the response is improved and excess amount adjusted is decreased.
