唐口煤矿风井井筒锚注法注浆堵水研究

摘    要:针对唐口煤矿砂岩含水层裂隙发育、大面积均匀出水、涌水量大等复杂特性, 采用锚注法注浆堵水技术对风井井筒进行注浆堵水。实践结果表明, 锚注法注浆堵水后, 井壁无明显涌水或喷射点, 经过复注, 风井井筒总涌水量不足10 m3/h, 堵水率达91%, 堵水效果显著。锚注法注浆堵水技术为治理砂岩水提供了一条新的途径。

Abstract:Bolt-grouting method for water shutoff was used in the air-shaft in connection with the complicated features in Tangkou Coal Mine, including fissures abundant in sandstone aquifer, large quantity of water outflow uniformly in a wide area. The practice showed that no obvious point on well wall gushing water was found after bolt-grouting method for water shutoff. It shows a remarkable effect in water shutoff after re-grouting, with the total water inflow in airshaft less than 10 m3/h and water shutoff rate reaching 91%. Bolt-grouting technology provides a new and effective way for treating sandstone water.
