摘    要:介绍了化肥行业中常用的低温压力容器、低温管道及其发生脆性破裂的条件与后果.针对化肥行业操作介质的特殊性并结合低温压力容器及低温管道发生破坏的特点,从设计温度、低温选材、结构设计、低温压力容器及低温管道的焊接、检验及使用等方面,分别介绍了其设计制造中应遵循的各项标准要求,并对低温压力容器及低温管道的使用提出了注意事项.

Abstract:A presentation is given of the conditions and consequences of brittle cracking of common low-temperature pressure vessels and low-temperature pipelines in the chemical fertilizer industry. In view of the special characteristics of the operating medium in the chemical fertilizer industry and the characteristics of rupture of the low-temperature pressure vessels and pipelines, an introduction is given to the standards required to be followed in the design and fabrication, with respect to design temperature, choice of low-temperature materials, structural design, welding, inspection and use of low-temperature pressure vessels and pipelines, and points for attention are proposed for their use.
