单侧自卸式矿车研究

摘    要:为提高矿车在矿山运输中的效率,以三维软件Solid Edge为平台,以某企业2m^3单侧自卸式矿车为研究对象,运用先进的设计理论和方法对整个矿车系统进行了研究。在研究过程中采用虚拟样机技术,大大降低了研究成本,缩短了研究时间,找到了现有矿车卸载时的不足。在分析的基础上得到了较为合理的曲轨卸载曲线,同时对矿车卸载过程进行了稳定性校核,从而完成对2m^3单侧自卸式矿车的虚拟开发。

Abstract:To improve the efficiency of mineral cars in the mining transport, on the platform of SolidEdge 3D software, advanced theories and methods were applied to study the whole system of the self discharging mineral car from the stand- point of multi-rigid-body dynamics by taking some 2 m^3 side dump mineral car as researching subject. And using virtual pro-totype technology, greatly reduced the research costs and time and found the shortages of mineral cars. And based on the a-nalysis, a more reasonable curved rail unloading curve was got, and then, checked the stability of the mineral car when it is unloading, so the virtual development of 2 m^3 side dumping mineral cars was finished.
