摘    要:研究用氧乙炔喷涂法制备Al2O3/Cu 梯度功能材料的显微组织和性能。结果表明,加5% Al添加剂呈线性变化的梯度功能材料,抗热震性好,金相组织为互相重叠的层状组织。涂层与基体的结合处为塑性断口,沿着梯度涂层厚度方向,Al、Cu 两元素呈梯度分布。相分析表明,适量的Al添加剂加入,起到液相烧结作用,生成δ- Al4Cu9 新相,提高了基体与涂层的结合强度

Abstract:Microstructure and properies of Al 2O 3/Cu functionally gradient coating prepared by oxy acetylene coating method is investigated in this paper.The results show that good heat shock resistantance characteristics can be obtained in the linear functionally gradient material with 5% Al additive And the metallographic structure is inter overlapping layered structure.The rupture of the interface between the coating and the base metal is plastic.In the direction of thickness of gradient coating,elements of Al and Cu distribute gradiently.The phase analysis shows that suitable Al additive induces liquid phase sintering and new δ-Al 4Cu 9 phase appears,and so the binding strength of the coating and matrix was increased.
