摘    要:在燃煤电厂建设中,评估、筛选出一种环境、技术、经济三方面都较理想的烟气脱硫技术很重要。在综合分析6种典型烟气脱硫技术基础上,建立了熵权未确知测度评价模型。首先,确定了烟气脱硫技术的单指标未确知测度矩阵;其次,利用熵权计算得到各指标权重;再次,确定了多指标综合测度;最后,通过置信度识别准则对6种烟气脱硫技术进行了评价等级划分,通过量化得分对其进行了优劣排序,这样可以得到最理想的烟气脱硫技术。实证表明,基于熵权未确知测度的评价模型可以客观、有效地对燃煤电厂烟气脱硫技术进行综合评价。

Abstract:In the construction of coal-fired power plant,it is very important for assessing and screening a flue gas desulphurization(FGD) technology that their environment,technology and economic aspects are better.In the paper,after a comprehensive analysis of six typical FGD technologies,we establish an evaluation model based on entropy weight and unascertained measure.Firstly,we determine the unascertained measure matrix of the single index for FGD technology;Secondly,we obtain the indicator weight by the entropy weight method;Thirdly,we define the comprehensive measure of the multi-index;Finally,we make an evaluation grade by the confidence identification criteria and carry out a sort from better to worse by the quantitative score calculation for the six FGD technologies.Then,we can get the best FGD technology.The empirical study shows that the evaluation model based on entropy weight and unascertained measure can make a comprehensive evaluation for the FGD technology in the coal-fired power plant objectively and effectively.
